Containerised self-storage goes on the land first. It is quick to place, earns from early on and is built to carry the cost of the land.

The first site is built out in phases around the storage. Once it is proven, storage rolls out to sites across the UK, with more sports venues added through joint ventures and partners.

The order is fixed: the land, then storage, then the wider site. What we learn here becomes the playbook for storage sites across the UK, and for the sports venues that follow with our JV partners.
