Our flagship site and HQ will be in Oughtibridge, Sheffield. Around it, we are looking for land, self-storage sites and warehouse units within about an hour’s drive, up to 5 acres. We buy outright, take options, and partner or joint-venture with owners. Send us a site or a plan →
Our investment plan is now set out in three phases: land option partners, then containers, then the first KN WORKS site build-out.
The first KN WORKS site is being put together with a small group of investment partners. Land first, storage next, then the wider site.
We built our own map of more than 3,000 storage sites across the UK, with pricing, to choose and price our sites on evidence rather than guesswork.
A new sports, events and media brand is being built to sit on KN WORKS sites. The name stays under wraps until it is protected.
HAF, our logistics business, now runs its own work exchange, driver app and member checks — the operating side that moves goods in and out of storage.
Our community sports brand opened its league platform and public club finder.
